This page explains what information we collect on copperai.news, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Copper AI for Publishers WordPress plugin and product itself are covered by a separate product privacy notice that ships with the plugin.

What we collect on this site

• Waitlist signups. When you join the waitlist we collect the email address you provide and, optionally, your publication name and role.
• Email you send us. If you email [email protected], we keep your message so we can reply and follow up.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We don't sell or share these logs.

How we use it

• To email you when general availability opens, and to send launch updates.
• To answer questions you send us by email.
• To keep the site secure and operational.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Email service provider

The waitlist is operated through a third-party email provider that stores your email and sends transactional and launch messages on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Cookies

The marketing site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The waitlist provider may set a small first-party cookie to remember that you submitted the form.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any waitlist email using the unsubscribe link in that email.
• Email [email protected] to ask us to delete the information you've sent us.
